Our Mission

The mission of the Executive Board at St. Vincent-St. Mary is to:

  • Identify, develop and execute a plan to address the needs of the school.

  • Oversee the financial well-being of the school.

  • Assist in establishing school policy and monitor its adherence.

  • Hire and evaluate the job performance of the President.

  • Be supportive of the administration, faculty and staff in the execution of their responsibilities.

  • Support the financial initiatives of the school.

  • Perpetuate the Board, orient and train new Board members and fill Board committee positions.

  • Review and annually update the school's Strategic Plan to continually address the needs of the school and its students.

  • Establish school policy and monitor its adherence.

  • Be informed and responsive to situations within the school that may affect the name, reputation or integrity of the school.

  • Monitor and maintain financial integrity of the school.

  • Review, approve and monitor the school budget as prepared by the school administration.

  • Promote innovation to improve the delivery of services to the operations of the school in its pursuit of educational, physical and spiritual excellence.
