A $425 non-refundable student fee and signed tuition agreement are due upon registration. Many tuition payment plans are offered, including monthly payments.

This helps to cover Chromebook insurance and select student activities.
A Reservation Deposit and Tuition Agreement indicating a payment plan must be submitted when a student registers for classes. This deposit and all tuition payments may be made in Tuition Management or at the school.
Tuition includes a Chromebook for school use. Accepted students pay a $425 instructional fee to hold their place in the class. This non-refundable fee is due at the time of registration, in the spring, and is not part of tuition. This fee covers Chromebook insurance and select student activities.
One Payment Plan – Tuition Payment is due on or before June 1st. A $200 discount applies only to a student who receives no scholarship or financial assistance and pays full payment.
Two Payment Plan – The first semester payment is due on or before June 1st. The second semester payment is due on or before December 1.
Four Payment Plan – Four payments are due on or before June 1; September 1; December 1; and March 1.
Monthly Payment Plans – Twelve monthly automatic payments (not available to Senior students) from a checking or savings account or credit card beginning in June 1st and ending in May 31st or Ten monthly automatic payments (Senior students paid monthly must use 10 month plan) from a checking or savings account or credit card beginning in July and ending in April. Select a payment date of the 5th and 20th of every month. Monthly payments may be minimized by making a down payment prior to finalizing your monthly payment plan.
St. Vincent-St. Mary uses Blackbaud Tuition Management for tuition payments. Families may pay tuition in person or electronically via checking or savings account, or by credit card, with a 3% convenience fee applied to credit card payments.
St. Vincent-St. Mary High School offers need-based tuition assistance through our Family Memorial Scholarship application process. Freshman applicants must complete FACTS and submit the Family & Memorial Scholarship Application by November 18th for consideration.
Additionally, the Diocese of Cleveland offers $500 - $1,500 grants to incoming students. Freshman applicants must complete FACTS and submit the Family & Memorial Scholarship Application by November 18th for consideration.
Full time Catholic school employees of the Catholic Diocese of Cleveland whose children are enrolled in a K-12 Catholic school can also receive additional tuition assistance. Contact your school employer for an application.
A second child discount of $1,000 and a third child discount of $1,500 is applied to the tuition account of the oldest student.
St. Vincent-St. Mary accepts the EdChoice, EdChoice Expansion, Cleveland, JPSN, and Autism Scholarships from the state of Ohio.
State scholarships do not cover instructional, classroom, or athletic fees. If a family’s income is less than 200% of the federal poverty limit, the family is not responsible for the remaining tuition balance, but must submit income verification to apply for this grant.
We encourage all families to take advantage of these scholarships as 100% of Ohio students qualify! Please note, students must be enrolled at STVM before submitting state scholarship applications so these applications aren’t due until the spring.

St. Vincent-St. Mary offers many types of academic scholarships.
Irish Academic Scholarships: Students whose composite score is between the 80th and 99th percentile on the High School Placement Test (HSPT) or Pre-HSPT qualify for this scholarship. These scholarships are renewable all four years, provided the student maintains a 3.5 GPA or higher.
A student must test at STVM on or before November 16th to qualify, but if a student receives a higher HSPT score from another local Catholic school, this score may be submitted for consideration. Irish Academic Scholarship winners are announced one week after HSPT scores are received by STVM.
Award amounts are as follows:
95th – 99th percentile: $5,000 per year / $20,000 over 4 years
90th – 94th percentile: $4,000 per year / $16,000 over 4 years
85th – 89th percentile: $3,000 per year / $12,000 over 4 years
80th – 84th percentile: $2,000 per year / $8,000 over 4 years
The top 10 scores will have their scholarship amount increased to $7,500 / $30,000 over 4 years
Combination of all scholarships will not exceed the amount of tuition
Family & Memorial Scholarships: Due to the generosity of donors to the St. Vincent-St. Mary High School Foundation, numerous Family & Memorial Scholarships are offered to incoming freshmen and returning students. These scholarship amounts vary from a minimum $1,000 per year to a maximum of full tuition. Most of these awards are renewable if a student is in good academic and behavioral standing. Financial need is not a requirement for these awards. Freshman applicants must complete FACTS and submit the Family & Memorial Scholarship Application by November 18th for consideration for these scholarships.
Our St. Vincent-St. Mary High School Foundation Family & Memorial Scholarships provide a valuable source of tuition assistance to incoming and current students. Offered through the generosity of our donors, these scholarships are customized to the donors' wishes and have unique criteria.

Students in the Classes of 2026, 2027 and 2028: The Family & Memorial Scholarship Application for current students is open and now available here. Applications will be available February 1, 2025 and are due February 28, 2025.
All students in Ohio are eligible to receive an EdChoice scholarship towards their St. Vincent-St. Mary High School tuition. In the 2024-25 academic year, the EdChoice Scholarship amount ranges from $8,408 to $840.80.
Jon Peterson Special Needs Scholarship: Students with an Individualized Educational Profile (IEP) are eligible for these awards. Applicants must meet our admission requirements to qualify. These scholarships are approximately $12,470 for the 2024-2025 school year.

Autism Scholarship: Students who have been identified as a child with autism may qualify for these awards, which can cover tuition and outside resources. These scholarships are approximately $32,445 for the 2024-2025 school year. Applicants must meet our admission requirements to qualify.
