Enrollment - Interested in Transferring?

  • Interested in Transferring to STVM?

    STVM will consider current freshmen and sophomores for 2nd semester/January entry between November 1 and December 15. Students wanting to apply for sophomore or junior entry for the 2024-25 school year can apply starting February 15.  

    We review the following items for each potential transfer student:
    • Online admission application
    • This year's latest report card
    • Last year's final report card
    • Two completed teacher recommendation forms
    • School attendance record from last year and this year
    • Interview with student (scheduled once the online application is submitted)
    Transfer students should have good grades, excellent attendance, involvement in clubs, sports and/or activities, and positive teacher recommendations. 

    Students accepted for admission pay a $400 non-refundable instructional fee within three weeks of acceptance.
